TECHSPEC® 紫外离轴抛物面反射镜(OAP)镀有深紫外增强型铝膜,在 190 – 900nm波长范围内具有出色的传输性能. 为了最大限度地减少散射,这些离轴抛物面反射镜(OAP)采用铝材基板,且经过金刚石车削,表面粗糙度小于 <50Å RMS。 标准英制直径提供多种焦距选项,范围从 25.4 到 203mm。TECHSPEC® 紫外离轴抛物面反射镜非常适合用于深紫外椭偏仪、深紫外拉曼光谱或宽带光源产生的紫外光的一般聚焦。 为便于安装和系统集成,可使用螺纹安装板 #47-111 (需额外购买),用于连接这些离轴抛物面反射镜的底座。
