与刻线式光栅相比，Richardson Gratings™ 高精度反射式全息衍射光栅的光散射更低，使其成为对拉曼光谱仪等杂散光敏感的应用的理想选择。通过暴露于强激光干涉图样，光栅被记录在光刻胶中，然后用化学方法显影以显示具有正弦横截面的条纹图样。可提供从 UV 到 NIR 光谱区域使用的光栅。
