HOLO/OR 衍射分光镜是衍射光学元件 (DOE)，可将输入激光光束分割为多个光束（也称为衍射级）。这些衍射级可以排列为一维光束阵列或二维光束网格，各光束点依据定义的分离角而分布。HOLO/OR 衍射分光镜提供适用于 Nd:YAG 谐波（355nm、532nm 与 1064nm）及 CO2 激光的设计。HOLO/OR 衍射分光镜用于材料加工应用（包括并行材料加工与激光划线）以提高激光系统的生产量，也用于诸如分阶段处理等美学处理。
