TECHSPEC® Nd:YAG 激光谱线光束取样器用于通过未镀膜表面提供的菲涅尔反射分割入射激光光束的一小部分,以用于光束监测用途。这些光束取样器具有能最大程度降低对通过光束的影响的高性能物理属性,包括 10-5 表面质量和 λ/10 表面平整度。在第二表面上镀上具有高损伤阈值的增透膜有助于限制鬼影反射。TECHSPEC Nd:YAG 激光谱线光束取样器采用 UV 熔融石英制成,提供从 UV 到 IR 的出色透射性能和低热膨胀系数。提供带有适用于 266nm、355nm、532nm 和 1064nm 波长的增透激光谱线镀膜的光束取样器。
