自动立式显微镜与 Zaber™运动库 和 μManager 开源显微镜软件完全兼容，可完全自动化成像体验。这些显微镜将Zaber的电动XY行程和Z焦点运动控制与业界领先的 Olympus 奥林巴斯，Nikon CFI60，Zeiss 蔡司或爱特蒙特光学相结合 TECHSPEC®120i物镜。 显微镜机身包括100 x 120mm行程XY样品台，电动物镜和滤光立方体转台以及可编程的3轴操纵杆,用于组装完整的显微镜系统。自动立式显微镜需要单独出售的样品台插件(孔板， 面包板或 幻灯片固定器)，以便精确，安全地安装样品。EPI照明器可单独出售，用于提供具有3个LED灯通道的高强度照明：385,473和568nm或 385,625nm和白色。
