有限和无限共轭类型的物镜都有。对于标准和紧凑设计,有限共轭是更为理想的选择,因为它们不需要额外的聚焦镜筒透镜。无限共轭设计需要配备一个 200mm 的镜筒透镜。无限共轭设计允许引入中间滤光片和分束器,使这些物镜也同样适合生物技术和荧光应用。
