微透镜阵列可用于将各种现代光发射器从窄线准分子激光器均匀化为高功率LED。微透镜非常适合需要高效率和非高斯均匀性的应用。所有微透镜阵列均由紫外级熔融石英构成,具有200nm至2.5μm的卓越性能。微透镜阵列使用标准半导体技术制造,能够实现非常精确的透镜轮廓形状和透镜在阵列内的精确定位。我们提供两种配置的阵列:

我们的方形阵列采用标准的10mm x 10mm配置,提供各种透镜间距和焦距选项。方形微透镜通常用于光束均匀化和成形,产生斑点图案或方形平顶图案。这些透镜具有高填充系数,可消除照明区域中的零阶热点。方形透镜通常成对使用,与PCX透镜配合使用(见上文)。典型应用包括焊接、钻孔、激光烧蚀和光纤耦合.
我们的蝇眼聚光镜阵列有5和10mm方形配置,专为平顶和线性生成而设计。聚光镜阵列是双表面圆柱形微透镜的整体组件,产生完全无需调节的聚光镜。这些微透镜通常用于需要大照明场的短工作距离应用中,例如医用激光器、太阳能模拟、UV固化、半导体仪器和荧光显微镜.
