熔融石英楔形棱镜

TECHSPEC® 熔融石英楔形棱镜专为需要 UV-VIS 或一至四层 Nd:YAG 谐波增透膜的一系列激光束定向应用而设计. 它们已经过优化，使用严格控制的规格以确保系统具有最高的性能水平，包括λ/10 表面平面度、20-10 表面质量以及 15 弧秒楔形公差。Nd:YAG 镀膜版本具有高透射率并保证特定于设计波长的激光损伤阈值。TECHSPEC® 熔融石英楔形棱镜采用楔形设计，使激光光束路径偏离 0.5° – 5°. 通过使用两个楔形棱镜来创建一个里斯莱棱镜对，自定义光束转向可达到楔形偏差的两倍。低热膨胀系数可确保在高功率激光应用中实现精确的光束转向.
将激光束路径偏移 0.5° - 5.0°
非常适用于 250 至 1064nm 的 UV 至 NIR 光束偏转应用
保证激光损伤阈值，适用于 Nd:YAG 版本
